Product Description
The randomly equipped computer-aided programming software includes parameterized programming of involute tooth shape, triangular tooth shape, rectangular spline and other tooth shapes (no need to configure special diamond rollers). The software has the function of chamfering and rounding the tooth top and root (the R of the tooth top rounding can not be smaller than the R of the diamond roller); and it has the function of trimming the edge of tooth shape and tooth direction.
The machine tool grinding wheel dressing, the use of diamond roller dressing, dresser installation position and grinding head grinding wheel position is relatively fixed, CNC three-axis linkage to achieve normal trimming; the use of the same diamond roller can be repaired in any direction of the straight line, arc, involute and its combination of curves and the shape of the tooth is not affected by the shape of the diamond wheel abrasion, dressing precision is high.
Driven by imported servo motor, the system is controlled by the program to work automatically, with the protection function of power failure, power failure, return to zero, fault diagnosis and other functions.
