Product Description
The machine is an eight-axis, five-axis CNC gear shaping machine with the following features:
Equipped with an electronic helical guide system, which allows the machining of helical gears without the need to install special helical guides.
The tool carrier slide has a lifting function, which is especially suitable for the efficient machining of duplicate gears with the same module but different numbers of teeth under single clamping conditions.
The CNC swing table is designed to support not only the machining of small taper gears, but also the manufacture of gears with special tooth orientation requirements.

The machine's tool carrier is designed with hydrostatic guideways and hydrostatic bearings to ensure that it can adapt to high-speed stroke operations up to a maximum stroke rate of 2,500 strokes per minute.
The bed is made of high-density gray cast iron with a double-wall construction design that ensures excellent thermal stability of the base parts.
