Equipped with an automatic grinding wheel dressing unit to ensure precision and consistency in every grind. The system automatically adjusts the shape and position of the grinding wheel according to preset parameters, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring high-precision cylindrical positioning.
Semi- or fully-enclosed guards are available as a special customization option. These enclosures not only protect the operator, but also prevent dust and chips generated during the grinding process from contaminating the work environment. Totally enclosed guards further minimize noise and increase working comfort.
An optional automatic workpiece inspection device is available. This feature checks the size and shape of workpieces before and after grinding, ensuring that every finished product meets strict quality standards.
