Recently, we have completed an important shipment - one gear skiving machine and one gear grinding machine to Russia. In order to make sure the goods can arrive at the destination smoothly, we carried out meticulous preparation work before shipment.

Workflow of Gear Skiving Machine:

3. Setting parameters: Input machining parameters, including feed rate, depth of cut, etc.

4. Start machining: start the machine, the cutting tool moves along a predetermined trajectory to remove excess material.

5. Finish machining: After finishing machining, unload the workpiece for inspection.

Gear grinding machine principle of operation

Gear grinding machine is used for precision grinding of already rough machined gears to improve the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of gears. The working process of the gear grinding machine is as follows:

1. Workpiece fixation: similar to the gear skivingmachine, the gear to be ground is fixed on the worktable.

2. Grinding wheel installation: Install the grinding wheel for grinding.

3. Setting parameters: Setting parameters such as grinding speed, feed, etc.

4. Start grinding: Start the gear grinding machine, the grinding wheel rotates at high speed and contacts with the gear surface to remove the uneven part of the surface.

5. Finish grinding: After finishing grinding, unload the workpiece for inspection.
