The machine tool is made of wear-resistant cast iron, with electro-permanent magnetic suction cups or chucks installed on the rotary axis of the hydrostatic workpiece, while special fixtures can be customized according to the specificity of the user's workpiece.

The speed of the grinding wheel is variable frequency speed regulation, and the grinding wheel's speed can be altered based on the task's requirements. Additionally, a vertical grinding head or horizontal grinding head will be built according to the demands of the user for processing components.

• Vertical CNC compound grinding machine has high working precision, capable of reaching micron level. The high resolution of the CNC system and the precision servo control system ensure accurate feeding and positioning of the grinding wheels, guaranteeing the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the workpiece.

  
  

• The workpiece to be machined is fixed on the table, the program is entered through the CNC system, the parameters are set, the grinding wheel is started to grind the workpiece, and the workpiece is inspected with the measuring system during the machining process and adjusted as needed;
